Uganda Airlines Salary & Benefits Survey (2026)

On behalf of Truenorth Consult and Uganda Airlines (Uganda National Airlines Company Ltd), we thank you for accepting to participate in this employee Salary & Benefits Survey covering key aspects of employee Reward and Benefits.
We guarantee that all information provided will be treated with the strictest confidence. All participant data shall be coded to avoid linking particular datasets to their respective sources. The data collected shall not be used for any purpose other than advising Uganda Airlines on the prevailing employee Salary and Benefit practices.
